What is the procedure for completing a return or exchange?

If you wish to return items that do not suit you, please use the same box in which you received your order. Fill in the delivery note, ticking off the item(s) you wish to return, and place it with the item(s) in question in the parcel.

To obtain the prepaid returns label, go to your account >My orders. On the line of your order, click on See+ and then click on DOWNLOAD THE RETURN LABEL.

Please note: this label is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Drop off your parcel at the nearest depot. The list of UPS depots can be found on ups.com (follow the link). Fill in the postcode and you will be offered a "drop-off point".

The return will be refused if the item can no longer be sold (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the label on the garment and the protective film. Otherwise, the item will be returned to you.

If you ordered as a guest, you will be able to access the returns label via the "Follow my order" page on our website by entering your order number, mail dress and ZIP.

Outlet orders : The return costs are exceptionally at your expense.You have a pre-paid label inside your parcel to download on your account : My orders > See+ and DOWNLOAD THE RETURN LABEL to do your return by UPS. The amount of 7€ will be deducted from your refund. No returns will be accepted in store.

Where can I find my pre-paid returns label?

To obtain the prepaid returns label, go to your account > My order. Select the order concerned, click on See + and click on DOWNLOAD THE RETURN LABEL. Download the label, print it out and affix it to the parcel.

My item has a quality defect

Despite the great care that we give to our customers' orders and the quality control that we carry out before each delivery, on a rare occasion you may receive an item that you did not order or that was not intended for you. In this case, in order to be able to return an item and receive a reimbursement, customers must, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after their order is dispatched, complete the Return Form available in the Returns.

The items received are not what I ordered

Despite the great care that we give to our customers' orders and the quality control that we carry out before each delivery, on a rare occasion you may receive an item that you did not order or that was not intended for you. In this case, in order to be able to return an item and receive a reimbursement, customers must, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after their order is dispatched, complete the Return Form available in the Returns.

Will delivery costs be reimbursed to me in the event of a return?

If you do not wish to keep your item(s), you can return it free of charge using this prepaid label, which you can download from your customer account.

The label is valid for up to 30 days after receipt of your order. If you return a parcel to us at your own expense, these costs will not be refunded.

If I return an item, when will I be reimbursed?

Once your return is received, the refund will be issued within 48 hours maximum. Your bank account will be re-credited the sum of the returned items and the delivery costs.
