Home deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Returns
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to generate your return label and send back one or more items free of charge by mail (excluding Outlet items).
Any returned item must be new, in its original packaging, and with its label attached.
Online
Declare your return and download your prepaid label via our website Maje.com by going to your "My Account" area, in the "My Orders" section. If you don't have a customer account, you can declare your return and download your label in the "Track My Order" section.
Prepare your return package by including the items you wish to return and your delivery slip. Print and attach your prepaid shipping label to your package.
Ship your package.
Once your return is received and processed by our logistics team, your refund will be effective within 2-7 days.

To make a return in-store, visit the store of your choice (excluding corners, affiliates, and outlets) with the item you wish to return and your delivery slip. Your return will be immediately processed by our team. The list of eligible stores for returns is available on our website in the FAQ section.
