Exchanges & Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to generate your return label and send back one or more items free of charge by post (excluding Outlet items).
Any exchanged or returned item must be new, in its original packaging, and with its tag intact.
Online exchanges are only eligible for a size change.

Once your return has been received and processed by our logistics team, the refund will be issued within 2 to 7 days.
In Maje stores
To make a return in store, go to the store of your choice (excluding corners, affiliates, and outlets) with the item you wish to return and your delivery slip.
